Exceptional Loft Conversion – Delivered on Time & Within Budget!
We recently had D & R Carpentry convert our loft into a stunning 450-square-foot master bedroom, complete with a new en-suite bathroom and dressing area, and the results have exceeded our expectations. The project was completed within the agreed 14-week timeframe and within budget, with clearly laid-out week-by-week plans so we always knew what to expect.
Outstanding Workmanship & Attention to Detail
The quality of work was truly exceptional. The team took care of every detail, from installing a new staircase, fitting 18 new windows, retiling the roof, constructing the ceiling for maximum headspace, and fitting fire doors, to completing all the finer elements such as electrics, plumbing, painting, and finishing touches. The result is a beautifully executed transformation that blends seamlessly with the existing architecture of our home.
The before-and-after photos showcase the dramatic change. The front and rear dormers have been carefully constructed to complement the character of the house, and the external tile work and roofing were finished to an incredibly high standard. Inside, the spacious master bedroom is bright and airy, with well-placed skylights and windows that bring in ample natural light. The en-suite bathroom is a standout feature, boasting a sleek black freestanding bathtub, black fixtures, and a stunning glass-panelled rainfall shower, all set against luxurious black and white tiling that gives the space a modern, high-end feel.
